Welcome to San Diego Fruit Carving, established in 2007 by Garde Manger Chef Laura Lynn, fruit and vegetable carving instructor trained by Wan Hertz at the Siam Carving Academy, Thailand.

We specialize in creating beautiful Kae Sa Luk cruise ship style fruit and vegetable carving centerpieces, and teaching for local learning institutions. Carvings are available in seasonal melons fruits and vegetables and offer an exquisitely unique accent to your wedding reception, special event, meeting, corporate event, or any festive occasion!
